2x + 3y = 10
4x - 3y = 2 Add these 2 equations:-
6x + 0 = 12
x = 2
Now plug x = 2 into the first equaition
2(2) + 3y = 10
3y = 10 - 4 = 6
y = 2
solution is x=2, y=2
