Preterite forms of ser, and ir would be..
Ser (to be) & Ir (to go)
Yo = Fui
Tú = Fuiste
Ud./Ella/Él = Fue
Nosotros/as = Fuimos
Vosotros/as = Fuisteis
Uds./Ellos/Ellas = Fueron
