Quran is the Islamic holy book, which contains Muhammad's teachings, rules of behavior and ethical norms and principles. As such, it does not represent a Christian or Jewish doctrine. All other options offered are related to Christianity, options A, B and C, while only option B is related to Judaism. Basically, all sacred books of all three monotheistic religions have a lot of similarities, although when it comes to the Quran, it is about Muhammad's teachings as holy books of the Muslims.

The answer is: D.
