Of humans can't see air. does that mean fish can't see water? provide an explanation

just depends on how you say it, it's like saying birds cant see glass, which they cant....

Humans can actually see air sometimes, like if it's in the gas form (steam). But it doesn't mean fish can't see water because fish and humans and water and air are two separate things.
