Why was land valued more than money during the Middle Ages

My guess from background knowledge would be it's because crops were important to life and the feudal system, as peasants worked the land to produce for their lords who gained potential profit.

in the Middle Ages, they used to trade a lot. They didn't use money a lot because back that trade was much easier and better.
