a⁴(3a² - 2a + 1)

We just have to multiply each term inside the parentheses by a⁴ .

a⁴(3a² ) = 3a⁶

a⁴
( - 2a ) = -2a⁵

a⁴
( 1) = a⁴

Now, just addum up : 3a⁶ - 2a⁵ + a⁴
