Identify the logical fallacy.

Smith says he's for school choice. He says it's a good idea to make schools compete. Evidently Smith is interested in putting teachers out of jobs. Evidently, Smith is interested in giving students an unstable environment by giving parents the option to switch schools whenever they feel like it. Evidently, Smith is not interested in our kids getting a good education. Say yes to good education by saying no to Smith.
