1. If federal prisons are indeed safer than state-run facilities, how might you explain this discrepancy?

The primary difference between state and federal prisons are the crimes that will get you their federal or state offences. its more of a matter of the type of inamtes and what type of security that takes so think about all it will take for that to happen in federal prison, then think on why that can't happen in state prisons.
