A. is incorrect because it isn't supposed to include tourists in the adjectives.
B. is correct because it is including all of the adjectives it needs. No more, no less.
C. is incorrect because it doesn't start using the commas right before the adjective words.
D. is incorrect because you don't stop in the middle of the sentence.
B. is correct.
