Time of Death
Scientists can find out the time of death by the surrounding environment of a body. The body will at first be warmer than the environment surrounding it but will decrease over time because the body will no longer function and create body heat. The body will usually start to regulate its temperature and try to reach the temperature of the environment. Scientists would use a glaister equation which is the measured temperature over 1.5 which equals the estimated time of death.
