Subtract 6x from both sides 2y=-6x+12
Divide both sides by 2 y= -3 - 6
and now it's in slope intercept form where m=-3 and b= -6

Move 6x to the right side: 2y=12-6x
Divide both sides by 2: y=6-3x
m is the slope which in this case is -3
To see a graph plug y=6-3x into the website wolfram alpha!
Hope this helps!!
