$69 divided by 6 is 11.5. 11.5 times 4 equals $46.

$46, since $69 is for 6 DVDs i divided 69 by 6 and got 11.5 meaning that that is how much each DVD is. Then i multiplied 11.5 by 4 and you have your answer
