The procedures that must be described in an agreement called an assurance of compliance with OHRP are Procedures set up that guarantee that subjects will be ensured in a way similar with the Common Rule, including independent committee’s review that is comparable or equivalent to an IRB and the only type of assurance of compliance accepted and approved by OHRP is Federal wide Assurance.
