What are the benefits of including some types of fish and shellfish in one’s pregnancy diet, and why must other types of fish and shellfish be avoided during pregnancy?

there are many benefits for eating fish and shellfish but there are risks as well. one of those risks include mercury poisoning from eating to much fish. the good thing about eating fish is that you get omega 3 which is good for you hair, skin, and nails. it makes all three of them shine and have a natural glossy look.
