The answer is C. You start at your y-intercept which is 1. Then you do rise over run. From the y-intercept you go down 2 and to the right 1.

We know, slope = (y2-y1) / (x2-x1)
m = (5-(-5)) / (-2-3)
m = 5+5 / -5
m = 10 / -5
m = -2

In short, Your Answer would be Option C

Hope this helps!
