What influence does social class have on the punishments for the crimes in the code?

Basically, the lower the class rank, the heavier (or more harsh) the punishment will be. So, if both a noble and a commoner commit the same crime, the commoner will receive the harsher punishment since the noble person is (obviously) of nobility.
