4(x^2) + 2 - (242) ➡0
(2^2 x^2 + 2) - 242 ➡0
4 (x^2 - 60)
Now factor: x^2 -60
4 (x^2 - 60) ➡0
4 ➡0[solve]
x^2➡±60 [by the way]
X ➡ ± √15 [⬅this might be your answer if you're working with square roots]
