I think the answer here would be 7/3, or answer choice 3.

How I got it:
Counting the shaded parts, there were 2 whole parts that were shaded. In the third group, only 1/3 was shaded, leaving 7 shaded. In groups of three, the denominator had to be three, leading me to the answer 7/3.
