Average = Sum for the 3 months / 3
= (1240 + 1620 + 1460) / 3
= 4320/3
= 1440
Average monthly salary =
1440
Hope this clarifies it.

1,240 + 1,620 + 1,460 = 4,320
4,320 ÷ 3 (months) = 1,440
So, her average pay per month was $1,440.
