Frog lungs are poorly developed. How does this relate to their skin being thin and moist?

because the frog's lungs are poorly developed, the animal needs to provide enough oxygen to breathe in another way. thin and moist skin enables very efficient diffusion of the oxygen inside the body. the skin is also vesseled so the oxygen goes straight to the circulatory system.
