or u mean y = 1/3x + 3
if its y = 1/3x + 3 then in your graph paper first look at the y axis then go 3 units up. Then from there go one space up and then 3 spaces to the right. Thats is your line. Hope this helps. ALSO PUT ARROWS ON BOTHER SIDES OF THE LINE.
