looked because it is possible for looked as in looked forward to to be a concrete noun

You forgot to tell us what the underlined word is, as when you copy pasted the questions, it removed the formatting.

However a concrete noun is identifiable by the 5 senses.

Taste/Touch/Sight/Hearing/Smell
