Which word in the sentence is a noun of direct address? Chefs, choose your ingredients. A. choose B. your C. chefs D. ingredients

The correct answer is C.  Chefs is a Proper Noun, being addressed directly to them.  Choose is a verb, your is a preposition, and ingredients is a noun also, but not quite like Chefs.
