Answer : Instruct the client to elevate the left leg when sitting in the chair.

Explanation: The client suffering from cellulitis and type-2 diabetes should elevate the affected area i.e. the left leg above heart level. As Cellulitis is an acute infection as a inflammatory response in the dermis and subcutaneous tissue, which is commonly observed in providers in primary care, emergency medicine, and surgery. The diagnosis should be carried on the basis of patient's skin and past history.

In case of a client, with type 2 diabetes and cellulitis, is having pain in the left lower extremity nurse should check the pedal pulse and observe for any wounds. There might be wounds or bruises in the left lower extremity due to these two diseases.
