An elecrrician charge a $50 house call fee and $65 per hour for ghe wok. Is it expensive to have electrician work for 6 hours of have him come back for two 3 hours job?

Yes because there would be three house call fee's and they equal 150$ right off the bat. Also you have to add the twelve hours he/she worked which equals 780$. And all together it would be 930$.
