In general, conclusion is defined as a decision where you reach based on reasoning.

So, when you eat a new kind of fruit again and again after few days interval, but you suffer from hives each time you eat that fruit. This repeated event states that you are allergic to that fruit that is why you suffer every time you eat it.

Hence, the best and reasonable conclusion is that you are allergic to that fruit and you should not consume it.
