The answer is 3 x (-4)^14
So if odd it's negative 15 position has exponential of 14 because we start with 0

f(x) = 3 * (-4)^n
f(15) = 3 * (-4)^15
f(15) = 3(-1073741824)
f(15) = -3 221 225 472
