Ohm's law
states that the current
through a
conductor
between two points is directly
proportional
to the
voltage
across the two points. Mathematically given by, R = V/I = 120/10 = 12 ohms or

The formula is V= I x R
I being the current and R being the resistance. V being the voltage.
So 120= 10xR
120/10 = R
R= 12
