Kinetic energy = (1/2) x (mass) x (speed)²
= (1/2) x (1875 kg) x (5 m/s)²
= (1/2) x (1875 kg) x (25 m²/s²)
= (937.5 kg) x (25 m²/s²
=
23,437.5 joules

Kinetic energy = 1/2 mv^2 = 1/2 x 1875 x (5)^2 = 23437.5 J
