I believe the answer is:
- being on welfare
-. having been abused as a child
- social isolation
- . not understanding children

There are 3 factors that could decrease or increase the probability of a child abuse from occuring. Those factors include economic factors , psychological condition of the patient, and the amount of people who know and watch over the child's well being beside the parents.
