Hi there! I don't know how you solve these, but at school we solve them like this:
x^2-2x=0
Δ = b^2-4ac
a = 1; b = - 2; c=0
Δ = 4-0=4
X1,2 = -b+ or - rad Δ / 2 a
X1,2 = 2 + or - 2 / 2
X1 = 2 and X2 = 0/2 = 0

So the solutions are 2 and 0

I hope it helped!

The answer to this question is to factor out x from the left side of the equation. That is the first step which will lead to the use of the zero factor property.
