Nanotechnology and microtechnology devices are both very tiny. However, one property of nanotechnology distinguishes it from microtechnology. What is this unique property?

The unique property of it is that nanotechnology deals with atomic, or rather molecular scales, as opposed to micro-technology which deals with mechanical and electrical devices. In addition, nanoscale is one-third of microscale. It deals with the very small and tiny particles that our naked eye cannot see.
