A = 2.76 x 10^12 = 27600000000
w = 4.6 x 10^5 = 460000
w x l = A
2760000000000/460000 = 6000000
l = 6000000
(w x 2) + (l x 2) = perimeter
((4.6 x 10^5) x 2) + ((6.0 x 10^6) x 2) = 12920000

ANSWER: perimeter = 129.2 x 10^5

The perimeter is 5.52000092 x 10^12
The numbers are in scientific notation.
