What are the zeros of the polynomial function f(x) = (x – 6)(x – 2)(x + 7)?

The given polynomial is in factored form. So in order to find the zeros of the polynomial, set each factor equal to zero and find the value of x. All such values of x will be the zeroes of the polynomial.

So,
x - 6 = 0
⇒ x = 6

x - 2 = 0
⇒ x = 2

x + 7 =0
⇒ x = -7

Thus the zeros of the given function are x = 6, x = 2 and x = -7
