we know that
[the volume of an oblique cylinder]=pi*r²*h
if the radius is reduced to 2/9 of its original size and the height is quadrupled
then
[the new volume of an oblique cylinder]=pi*[(2/9)*r]²*[4*h]---> (16/81)*pi*r²*h

the answer is
the option B. V=16/81pir^2h
