A common health myth is that people should drink at least eight glasses of water per day. While staying hydrated is important, why could this advice be inaccurate for different people?

While staying hydrated is important, how much water you should be drinking depends on your body weight so while the general rule of thumb is 8 glasses of water a day people actually need different amounts depending on their size
