They introduced the lend-lease act

Since the United States had signed an act of neutrality and were not allowed to fight in the war, they made a lend-lease act which was was about helping the allies without officially participating in the war, and they did that by sending equipment and weapons and things like food and oil, without actually sending troops to help.
