Tricuspid valve stenosis results when the tricuspid valve doesn't open completely during c. Ventricular Diastole.

The tricuspid valve is a one-way valve between the right atrium and the right ventricle. It closes during ventricular systole to prevent regurgitation of blood and it opens during ventricular diastole, allowing blood to flow.
