I believe that statement is False.

Utilitarian perspective argued that during undercover operations, officers would often be forced by authorities to do something that contradicts their consciences. For example, when going undercover for drugs gangs, the officers often forced to kill another people in order to fit into the gang. Schoeman argument is closer to humanitarian perspective
