The system of equations has no solution. Geometrically speaking, both the lines will never intersect or meet. Hence, no solution exists.

We have to determine the number of solutions for the given set of equations.

Clearly observe the first equation,
y=-2x+3 . After observing the graph we can clearly observe that it is a linear graph.

Now, Clearly observe the second equation,
y=-2 * 3^(x). After observing the graph we can clearly observe that it is an exponential graph.

And we can observe that the given graphs don'not intersect each other at any point.

Therefore, no solution exists for these equations.
