The FITT Principle or formula stands for, frequency, intensity, time, and type. The success of your exercise program depends on those four factors.

Frequency- stands for for frequent you exercise.
Intensity- stands for how hard you exercise.
Time- stands for how long you exercise.
Type- stands for what kind of exercise you do.
