According to the symptoms the man most likely has a tumor in either his spine, leg, or brain. If that is not it then it is possible that he has a rare kind of cancer that spreads throughout the brain, skin, and bones and has a very rigorous and painful amount of therapy and there is an exceptionally low survival rate.
