If Mike's garden is pentagonal, that means it has 5 sides. Each side is 8 feet, so the perimeter of Mike's garden is:
8+8+8+8+8=40 ft
To find the perimeter of his neighbor's garden, we can multiply this by the scale factor:
(40)(3/2)=
60 ft
