answer: 59° Fahrenheit

c = 15
1.8 × 15 + 32
first you multiple 1.8 by 15 because of PEMDAS
1.8×15=27
Then you add 27 and 32
32+27=59

Using the given formula, replace C with 15 and solve like so:

1.8 (15) + 32
27 + 32
59
