In total there are 20 students and 2 students will be picked.

So far, you have
(2)/(20).

You can simplify that to
(1)/(10).

To turn that into a decimal, divide 1÷10. You will get 0.1

Jill is one of the 18 students out of 20 students in the club that will not be picked.

18/20 = 0.9

The probability that Jill will not be picked is a 0.9 chance (90%).
