Extrinsic Motivation

Many psychologists believe that external motivation is the cause because it refers to the behavior that is operated by external rewards. Some good examples might be good resulting grades, money, fame, and praise. These kinds of motivation stimulate the inside of the body and work excellent for a person. Therefore they believe that this type of motivation gives more stimulation in comparison to intrinsic motivation which originates inside of the individual.

Many psychologists believe that extrinsic motivation is driven by an external rewarding factor such as monetary wealth, greatness, grades, and acknowledgment. This kind of motivation originates from outside of the person as opposed to intrinsic motivation which arises from within the person.
