There are aspects of American constitutional democracy that have been exceptionally influential in other countries such as the implications in the declaration of independence, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitution. It inspired to seek and create independence and democratic governments. These are examining some of the challenges related with using the American constitutional model in other parts of the countries.
