What would happen to a valine that became accidentally attached to a lysine trna by trna synthetase?

Another valine would be added to a protein sequence in lieu of the lysine. A point mutation will happen in the protein, but would not change all lysines to valines, as there are multiple codons for lysine, and multiple tRNAs which carry it, and assume that this accident only happened to one of the lysine tRNAs.
