deploying troops
The president is in custody of the U.S. Armed Forces which includes Navy, Army, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard. The President determines where troops shall be commissioned, where ships shall be transferred, and how weapons shall be used. All armed officers obtain orders from the President regarding war Resolutions.
