you can't have a negative y
Divide -1 from both sides so now the sign flips sides because you divided a negative
y > -3x +5 (theres a line underneath the >)
Go to the vertical line on the axis and go up to 5
Then, start drawing dots every Down 3, Over one

Plot a point on 0,5 on the graph. Then, go down 3 units and right 1 unit. Get a ruler and line up the points. Make sure the line is concrete. Shade everything above the line
